FRAZ

For over a decade, Fraz has helped people escape restrictive dieting for good. His approach isn’t built from a textbook -it comes from lived experience. At 15, he battled his own eating disorder, and that pain became the foundation for everything 12x stands for today.

Erin T

Erin has been part of the 12X team for the past 2 years, supporting clients to move away from restrictive dieting and build a healthier, more sustainable relationship with food.

Erin G

Erin is a Holistic Health Coach who supports clients in improving their health and wellbeing through sustainable nutritional and lifestyle changes.

Dom

Dom’s journey began on the football pitch at Crystal Palace and Charlton, then across the Atlantic playing football over in the US. However rejection & being told he wasn’t good enough, forced him to confront a hard truth: he had lost himself & his identity along the way.

Emma

Emma has always loved moving and staying physically active. From a young age, her involvement in a variety of competitive sports and training gave her an appreciation for moving to feel good and training to perform.

Evelyn

Evelyn has always had a strong connection to movement, growing up dancing and playing sports. After experiencing years of anxiety and chronic pain, she turned to yoga and mindfulness to support her body but then discovered a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection.

Gavin

Gavin’s journey began with martial arts as a young lad teaching him some core values early on such as discipline, integrity and respect. His coaching life started with active schools promoting/coaching basketball and rugby in his local area.

Steph

Steph’s journey into coaching began through her own personal struggles with weight, binge eating, and emotional eating. For years, she knew what it felt like to feel stuck in the cycle of starting over, putting herself last, and struggling to find balance.

FRAZ

For over a decade, Fraz has helped people escape restrictive dieting for good. His approach isn’t built from a textbook -it comes from lived experience. At 15, he battled his own eating disorder, and that pain became the foundation for everything 12x stands for today.

Before 12x, he trained as a PE teacher and spent years in the fitness industry figuring out what actually works and what’s just noise. He’s now helped thousands of people lose fat, shift their mindset, build genuine confidence, and become the role model they always wanted to be for the people around them.

Fraz believes relationships forge results, and results create ripples. His members aren’t just here for themselves. They’re here for the people nearest and dearest to them.

When he’s not coaching, you’ll find him on a beach with his dog Sooty, training, or in the kitchen with fiance, Lorrie creating incredibly tasty recipes.

Erin T

Erin has been part of the 12X team for the past 2 years, supporting clients to move away from restrictive dieting and build a healthier, more sustainable relationship with food.

With a background in sport as a former dancer and gymnast, Erin understands what it’s like to be active but not truly know how to fuel your body properly. For years, food felt confusing, something to control, restrict, or even fear, rather than something that could actually support performance, recovery, and overall wellbeing.

That experience now shapes Erin’s approach to coaching. The focus isn’t on cutting foods out or following rigid plans, but on helping clients feel more in control, more confident, and more supported in how they eat day-to-day.

Erin is passionate about showing people that you don’t need to diet restrictively to reach your goals. When you shift your mindset and learn how to fuel your body properly, food becomes something that works for you, not against you.

Erin G

Erin is a Holistic Health Coach who supports clients in improving their health and wellbeing through sustainable nutritional and lifestyle changes.

With a background in Primary Teaching, Erin has always been passionate about helping and supporting others. While working in a highly demanding role, she experienced burnout as she tried to balance the pressures of work, home, and personal life. This led her to explore health, nutrition, and wellness more deeply, allowing her to create a lifestyle that truly supported her overall wellbeing.

After seeing the impact of these changes in her own life, Erin went on to become formally educated in holistic health where she studied how the body works, fitness and nutrition, so she could share her knowledge with others. As a coach, she is passionate about building meaningful relationships with her clients, supporting them through both nutritional guidance and mindset shifts so they can begin to truly value themselves.

Erin works closely with each individual to create a completely personalised plan tailored to their unique circumstances, helping them build realistic, lasting change.

Erin currently lives in the UK and is relocating to Dubai in August. She loves slow mornings, travelling, learning, spending quality time with loved ones and having a good ol’ laugh!

Dom

Dom’s journey began on the football pitch at Crystal Palace and Charlton, then across the Atlantic playing football over in the US. However rejection & being told he wasn’t good enough, forced him to confront a hard truth: he had lost himself & his identity along the way. Battling cystic acne and the scarring it left behind, simple things like wearing certain clothes or feeling confident at the beach as a youngster felt near impossible.

As a coach, Dom is passionate about helping individuals unlock their potential and realise a completely new person and life is only a few steps away. His coaching philosophy is refreshingly straight-talking: honest, integral, but grounded in experience working with hundreds of clients in the last 6 years. As Dom says: “He will never ask a client to do something he hasn’t done himself”.

He has a degree in Sports and Exercise Science, and is known as the “nerd”  in his friendship group. Outside of coaching, he loves coffee, quality time with his family, sunny beach days & studying.

EMMA

Emma has always loved moving and staying physically active. From a young age, her involvement in a variety of competitive sports and training gave her an appreciation for moving to feel good and training to perform. Emma trained and worked as a PE Teacher alongside her Personal Training and Class Instructor work – all of which allows her to inspire, support and lead others in using physical activity to come healthier, in more ways than the physical.

After a traumatic and turbulent time, Emma was emotionally under eating which left her under nourished and controlled by food. She got educated and took back control – one habit at a time.

As a Coach, Emma has a very positive and optimistic approach. With an emphasis on holistic progress, she strives for clients to build the full picture of health and wellness. Emma knows how busy life can be and she encourages a realistic and sustainable approach. With ‘Long Term Thrivng’ at the forefront of Emma’s coaching motto, she provides strategies on becoming balanced in nutrition habits, developing positive exercise associations and working on habits that will allow clients to flourish in many areas of their self and life.

Emma is a busy mum to two young boys – Lockie and Lewi. Emma loves to spend time with her family, especially outside on their farm. In her spare time she loves to go to the gym, spend time with family and friends and she loves to laugh…a lot!

Evelyn

Evelyn has always had a strong connection to movement, growing up dancing and playing sports. After experiencing years of anxiety and chronic pain, she turned to yoga and mindfulness to support her body but then discovered a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection.

Six years ago, she transitioned fully into the health and wellness space and recently was educated in nutrition, with a clear mission to help people feel at peace within themselves. Through an empathetic and holistic coaching style, Evelyn supports clients in shifting their mindset, education around habits, nutrition and movement and strives to bring people  to a place that they can enjoy life fully.

Originally from Ireland and now living in Portugal, she loves spending time in the sunshine, going for long walks and being with family and friends.

Gavin

Gavin’s journey began with martial arts as a young lad teaching him some core values early on such as discipline, integrity and respect. His coaching life started with active schools promoting/coaching basketball and rugby in his local area. Military life saw Gavin spending 10 years travelling the world and gaining bundles of life experience, 4 of those years were spent as a Physical Training Instructor rehabilitating soldiers back to fitness. He now works with the Police educating new recruits on the importance of health & fitness.

He would describe himself in short as an athlete, coach and father. His goal is to help others utilising his gained experience over the last 20 years of being involved in physical training, coaching and rehabilitation. Gavin also has a new little boy called Arlo and loves his Jiu Jitsu!

Steph

Steph’s journey into coaching began through her own personal struggles with weight, binge eating, and emotional eating. For years, she knew what it felt like to feel stuck in the cycle of starting over, putting herself last, and struggling to find balance. Through dedication, mindset work, and building sustainable habits, Steph went on to lose 7 stone and completely transform her lifestyle.

This life-changing journey inspired Steph to help others who feel the same way she once did. She understands firsthand that lasting results come from more than just diet plans, they come from learning to prioritise yourself, creating healthy routines, and building confidence from the inside out.

Now, as a coach and a mum, Steph truly understands the juggle of busy family life, responsibilities, and trying to make time for yourself. She is passionate about helping parents realise that looking after themselves is not selfish, it is essential. Steph supports her clients in putting themselves higher up their own priority list, finding time in their day, and creating habits that fit around real life.

Outside of coaching, Steph loves spending quality time with her family, staying active, and helping others become the happiest, healthiest version of themselves.
